Height 1 3/4" Width 1 1/4" Length 3" Weight 3 oz. The most outstanding hunter of the bear family, the polar bear seems to have no fear. At the top of its food chain, the only enemy of this bear is human. They live at the top of the world, where ice and snow remains year-round. Polar bears are strictly carnivores. From October to spring bears go into dens they make beneath the snow. In winter, their bodies slow down, body temperature drops, and they live off stored fat. In a semi-hibernation state, babies are born and nurtured in the den until spring. Polar bears ride ice flows, and can travel hundreds of miles in their search for food. They follow definite seasonal patterns in these travels. Bears teach us to go deep within ourselves so that we can tap our inherent potential, and use those inner resources to make our choices and decisions from a position of power.
